Miss Uganda is a leadership platform for ambitious young Ugandan women. Through a pageantry process, contestants receive world-renowned coaching in addition to advanced networking, business and life skills.
Shaped into brand ambassadors for our country, they become champions of women’s rights, thought leaders and savvy career women who inspire other young Ugandans to fulfil their potential, recognise their self-worth and find their place in the world.
Miss Uganda 2023 grand final will be held on March 17, 2023, at Serena Hotel-Kampala.
Twenty-one beauties from across Uganda are currently vying for the coveted title.
Until the D-day, they will be participating in different qualifying rounds such as sports, bare face, and talent to name a few and each round offers a fast track placement into the Top 5 come final.
The question remains who will succeed reigning queen, Elizabeth Bagaya?
We bring you one of the contestants, Vivian Boonabana, a Belle from Hoima district!
Boonabona, a student of Social Work and social administration at Makerere University.
Her hobbies include; learning new languages, traveling and doing charity works, convinced the day’s judges with her mental strength and character on the runway.
