Fast-rising music star, Ava Peace, invests in food business
Ava Peace real names Peace Maureen Namugonza may be in the music industry but she is as well an entrepreneur.
Ava Peace told Galaxy FM in an exclusive interview recently that she is into food business.
Her restaurant, La Foods, is located in Makindye along Salama road in Kampala. The restaurant deals in local foods strictly.
“I am a good cook,” she told the Evening Saga crew.
Ava Peace is yet to make 4 years in the music industry.
However, she boasts of rubbing shoulders will the music heavyweights. For instance, she is a good friend of Zzina Awards 2022/23 Dancehall artiste of the year, Mudra.
Ava Peace admits meeting challenges in the music industry, on top of it being an expensive venture but finds it “fair” to trade in.
Going into the entrepreneurial space, Ava Peace joins a host of Ugandan artistes such as Sheebah Karungi, who, through her establishment trades in menstrual pads, while Cindy Ssanyu deals in bridal gowns.
