Just days after vowing to do everything in his power to realize the late Kato Lubwama’s dream of uniting artists, Bebe Cool has taken the game to his renowned nemesis, Bobi Wine.

Speaking in an interview on Wednesday, Bebe Cool explained Lubwama wanted all artists to come together and develop the arts industry.

“Kato Lubwama wanted the artists to be united and he even adhered to the call for the formation of the federation. He joined us on our first meetings and I will fight to see his dream come to reality,” Bebe Cool roared.

Believe him, he is doing just that following his latest post across his social media platforms in which he called Bobi Wine, with claims that he has self-exaggerated importance.

According to Bebe, the National Unity Platform (NUP) honcho hates seeing UG artists financially stable because they will become elusive.

“The Nigerian government directly financially invests in their music industry and no doubt it must be one of their biggest exports right now. So what the hell? Therefore Bobi Wine must drop the individualism. Bobi Wine knows that if us musicians are better financially, he loses clout. He embarks on uninformed talks to intimidate his fellow artists to fall under his trap,” he said.

“He has always wanted to portray himself as an endorser or godfather of concerts, with a false belief that If he doesn’t endorse a music concert, it flops. That’s what he wrongly thinks. He presumes everyone should believe in what he believes in. Naaaah. We just want better laws for all of us. It was actually very insulting and total disrespect for Bobi Wine to lash out at musicians like he did at Kato Lubwama’s burial. As musicians, we don’t take his foolish rant lightly. He wants to be seen as our saviour. This is not how things work,” the Gagamel boss punched a hole in NUP darling.

Bebe’s stinging post comes at the backdrop of Bobi’s rant at Kato Lubwama’s burial in which he blasted artists who subscribe to the new Ugandan National Musicians Federation (UNMF).
