Alien Skin finally responds to Promoter Abitex following his threats that all promoters will unite & fail him

Following back-and-forth bickering over the cancellation of the ‘Nkwacho’ festival, Alien Skin has advised Abtex to stick to organizing ‘Enkuuka’ festival because that is what he understands best.

Earlier scheduled for 27th August 2023 at Forest Park, Buloba, the Nkwacho festival was dealt a big blow last week when Alien Skin canceled it over disagreements with promoter Abbey Musinguzi a.k.a Abtex.

Alien said that Abtex failed to meet the agreed terms for the festival to happen and hence its cancellation but Abtex denies the allegations.

During a TikTok live session on Tuesday night, Abtex demanded respect from Alien as he reminded him how he gave him Shs15m – the most the artist had ever held – at the ‘Sitya Danger’ concert he organized at Freedom City.

“You have been performing for Shs1.2m, sometimes for Shs600-700k. The day I got the idea that you hadn’t thought about organizing a concert for you at Freedom City is the day you elevated. I gave you Shs15m that you had never held in your hands. How can you say that Abtex did not add anything to your music career?” Abtex questioned.

Alien Skin, however, also feels like he also contributed so much to Abtex’s brand and wonders why the promoter feels otherwise.

“Do you mean I did not add anything to your brand? I wonder why we are even bickering because this is not a marriage. You will have to stick to Enkuuka, let everyone stick to what they know best,” Alien said.

This seemingly displeased Abtex who then revealed that he has never desired to promote Alien Skin but he did it for the money because he was the trending artist at the time.
