American rapper Cardi B and her estranged hubby, Offset, are set to battle for crowd, as they are both scheduled to play competing gigs amid their ugly breakup.

Despite having recently confirmed their tumultuous split, the former flames are set to ignite Miami on New Year’s Eve, each taking their own stage for a performance from different corners of the same posh Fountainbleu hotel.

Cardi will perform with DJ Gryffin at the hotel’s pool, with tickets ranging from $5,000 up to $25,000.

Offset will be at the hotel’s hot club, LIV, with tickets ranging from $125 up to $15,000.

The booking of their performances happened after their breakup. This website reports that the mother-of-two had last week during an Instagram live session announced her separation from Offset.

In an Instagram Live session, Cardi said that she had been “single for a minute now.”

“I’ve been single for a minute now. But I’ve been afraid…not afraid, I just don’t know how to tell the world,” she said. “The last time I went on Live, I kinda wanted to tell you guys, but I didn’t know how to tell you so I changed my mind. But it has been like this for a minute now,” she added.

She also said that she is excited about the new year and will stay curious in 2024. “I want to start 2024 fresh…open. I don’t know. I’m curious for a new life, for a new beginning,” she said.
