The Uganda Police Force has had enough of the drama, calling out musicians for fueling gang wars that have turned public events into war zones.
Police Spokesperson Kituuma Rusoke minced no words as he condemned the chaos caused by rival gangs tied to Alien Skin and Pallaso.
“These musicians are forming gangs to intimidate each other, causing disorder and chaos,” he said. “This behavior is unacceptable, and we’re coming for everyone involved”
Rusoke pointed to the recent entertainment events. Chaos erupted again at the Mpele concert when Alien Skin’s gang allegedly dragged Pallaso off the stage and punched him, before turning on the audience.
The retaliation was swift on Thursday when Pallaso and his crew stormed Alien Skin’s home in Makindye, wrecking property while Alien Skin hid on a rooftop.
“These attacks are spilling over to innocent people,” Rusoke fumed. “We will not allow this.”
