Ainebyoona Ronald’s land-grabbing days have come to a screeching halt after he was dragged to court over a violent eviction in Kiboga District.

The no-nonsense State House Anti-Corruption Unit, working hand in hand with CID and ODPP, swooped in and had him arraigned before the Kiboga Chief Magistrates Court.

Ainebyoona, alongside his yet-to-be-identified accomplices, allegedly stormed Lwakonge village on March 14, 2025, and unleashed terror on locals, throwing them off the land, vandalizing plantations, and even roughing up some occupants. The land in question, Block 542, Plot 2, is at the heart of a battle between a group of departed Asians, who hold a title from 1932, and Mwanje Badru, who got a mailo title in 1999.

Sources say Ainebyoona was on a mission to reclaim the land for the departed Asians, but his aggressive approach landed him in hot soup.

President Museveni personally ordered Brig. Gen. Henry Isoke and his team to investigate the mess, ensuring justice prevails. The Ministry of Lands, IGP, and ODPP are also in the mix, keeping a close eye on the unfolding saga.

For now, Ainebyoona is cooling his heels in the coolers, awaiting his next court date on April 14, 2025.
