It’s smiles at Villa Park as volatile utility defender Moses Kiggundu inks down on a two year deal amidst speculations that were linking him with a move to Rwandese top league club Sunrise Fc, a team currently coached by former Villa manager Moses Basena.

Kiggundu was an important player in the Joggo backline last season playing in the center back partnering the club captain Asuman Harishe alongside Ibrahim Kibumba.

The 25 year old defender joined the Nsambya based side in 2018, having previously played for Masavu Fc  and Entebbe football club.

Moses Kiggundu was also the captain of Nkima clan in 2018 as the clan won its third Bika Football Tournament after beating Mpindi clan 1-0 a goal that was scored by Kiggundu Arthur.
