Irene Sewankambo the Uganda communication commission (UCC)executive director, is on Tuesday set to meet with the controversial Tumbiza sound hit singer Eric Opoka aka EeZzy.
This is after the song was banned from playing on all airwaves by the UCC after a complaint from the ministry of health that it was violating efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19 guidelines.
MOH claims the song contains messages contradicting standard operating procedures SOPs.
He is expected to show up for the meeting by midday accompanied by 3 people.
A source from UCC says that they considering to request EeZzy to do a remix of the song which will popularize the covid-19 SOPs.
