Panic has overwhelmed vendors at Nakawa market after a woman residing there was found dead this morning.
The lifeless body of Nakyanzi Hadijah a female market vendor was discovered by her colleagues at the Nakawa Market.
Police and local authorities are currently at the market to ascertain the circumstances under which the deceased died.
