Since yesterday, NBS TV’s Joseph Sabiiti has been in jubilation. This was after he was appointed the Press secretary of Parliament by the Deputy Speaker, Annet Anita Among.

Sabiiti Joseph who has been one of the correspondents of NBS TV at Parliament landed the job together with former PRAU President Sarah Kagingo who appointed Press Secretary for Speaker Hon. Jacob Oulanyah.

Sabiiti who also hosts the Frontline, a popular political talk show that airs every Thursday just returned to the Naguru based TV station two years after he had left for a job at Uganda Broadcasting Corporation and Action Aid.

Well, the latest news on our desk indicates that Jack Sabiiti is set to resign and focus on the new job since it is very demanding.

Our source at Next Media Park that prefered anonymity said the new is well paying and therefore the veteran journalist has all reasons to face the exit. “Sabiiti has been eyeing the job for a long time because he knows that it is well paying and flexible compared to his current job at NBS. So he is planning on dropping his daily job and concentrate on the new one at Parliament.”

However, the same source said that he intends to keep his Frontline job since it is once a week.
