Singer Ykee Benda must be massaging a broken heart after his crush, Sheila Nduhukire, is officially taken.
Ykee Benda has for long tried to woo Sheila but now, he stands no chance as the former media heartthrob is off the shelf.
Sheila Nduhukire 32, who is currently the Principal Public Relations Officer at the Entebbe based National Medical Stores, had her beans officially harvested in a lowkey, but classy introduction ceremony.
The former NBS TV news anchor, who hails from the land of milk and honey, showed that suitors like Ykee Benda did not impress her as she introduced prince charming, Derrick Kakonge to her parents, in ‘Okugamba Obugenyi’ ceremony.
The private ceremony, attended by only a handful of invited guests and family members, was held deep in their village home in Kazo.
Had it not been her pal and former workmate, Sudhir Byaruhanga’s tweet about the ceremony on Sunday, the public would probably have remained in the dark.
“Sheila Nduhukire is officially off the Shelf,” Sudhir tweeted.
It should be noted that in 2019, as you may recall, Ykee Benda confessed his love for Nduhukire live on set. He often posted her pics on his social media platforms with lovey-dovey captions but even before his proposal, she fired back at him to find his levels elsewhere.
Now that the introduction ceremony is done, Ykee has indeed lost all hope.
