Sheebah’s new song – Kansalewo
Former Team No Sleep singer Sheebah Karungi has released a new song titled, “Kansalewo”. Kansalewo is her fifth song this year, after dropping Mukama Yamba, Ayi ft Mudra, Nabaleka and Nkwata Bulungi.
Undoubtedly, the 33-year-old entertainer is determined to prove a point to critics that indeed, she can survive in this competitive Ugandan entertainment industry, without Jeff Kiwa, who sharpened her music skills and mentored her into a force to reckon with.
All her four songs have so far impressed.
“Kansalewo” is a Luganda word translated to mean “let me decide”. In the song, Sheebah sends a warning to her lover, vowing to dump him because he doesn’t care about her.

The audio was produced by little known producer, X On The Beat at Tamugi Records. He gives it his signature beats as Sheebah also applies her music style that several Ugandan music lovers fell in love with.
The video features Leila Kalanzi Kachapizo, a Ugandan comedian, actor, hair stylist, radio and television personality. She is best known for several radio and television programmes in Ugandan media. In the video, Leila shows off what she does best, unleashing her comical and dramatic antics, which makes one stay hooked on the screen.
