Emilian Starz, drops highly billed Osobola Album
Every year, the Ugandan entertainment industry welcomes new outstanding artists, but still, among the newbies, there is one who breaks the barriers against all odds to shine.
As we are almost winding up 2022, the sassy and angelic voiced Emilian Starz is aiming to finish the year on a high.
Believe us, she is indeed playing her cards right! With the help of her management, Black Market Africa, sooner than later, Emilian Starz will become a household name- that’s if she remains disciplined, consistent, hardworking and above all, if she has that favor!
Well, that said, she has dropped a new album, ‘Osobola’, to race and pace up. The Album is beefed up with seven excellent songs such as My Session, Nze Nawe, Somethings, Mulamba, Nkulowoza, Toola Ft. Angella Katumba and Osobola, the lead song.
Toola, a mid-tempo afrobeat song on which features Angella Katatumba, sees Emillian employ the equivalent of Uganda’s pidgin English, mixed with Luganda, to give music lovers a much more street feel.
The album’s collaborators, producers, and the girl of the moment, Emilian, take us on a fantasy journey through the worlds of Afro Beats, Zouk, Urban Contemporary, and music genres yet to find names to bring all of us together in a celebration of good Ugandan music.
