Mbarara City tycoon sodomized teenage employees

Police in Mbarara have confirmed that a medical report from Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital shows that two teenagers were sexually abused by their boss.

On Monday this week, Fred Enanga the Uganda Police spokesperson revealed that a 34 year old local businessman identified as Micheal Saturday, a resident of Kilembe cell Nyamityobora ward Mbarara City was netted by police for sodomizing two boys aged 17 and 18 years.

Enanga mentioned that the victims employed by Saturday were repeatedly sodomized between the months of January and February in a tiny single room occupied by seven people including the boss.

Saturday hired his six boys to vend pineapples on Mbarara streets and provided them with accommodation to sleep on one mattress while he slept on a bed on another side of the single room.

Enanga also stated that Saturday would constantly sodomise the boys in turns until police were notified of the incident.Saturday was nabbed for aggravated defilement of a 17 year old and rape of an 18 year old boy.

Now a medical report shows the boys sustained raptured anuses. Samson Kasasira, the Rwizi Regional Police spokesperson, says that they have since added the medical report to Saturday’s case file and submitted it to the Director of Public Prosecution-DPP for guidance. 

A medical report from Mbarara Regional Referral Hospital has confirmed that two teenagers who were employed by businessman, Michael Saturday were indeed sodomised, the police have revealed. 

Kasasira says the suspect was also subjected to a medical examination to ascertain his mental state and was found to be of sound mind.

Police have identified an increase in acts of sodomy. In Kasangati, on Jimmy Peter Matovu , 30, a resident of Lubatu zone was arrested for threatening violence and attempting to sodomize a friend who visited him at 1pm.

Matovu picked a knife and ordered his 24 year to undress, however, the friend managed to fight him off and escape from the room. Matovu was later picked up by police.

Section 145 of the Penal Code Act of 1950 criminalizes sodomy and sets a maximum sentence of life imprisonment for whoever is found liable for having carnal knowledge of another person against the order of nature.
