A Ugandan businessman remains detained in neighboring Rwanda for an unknown reason/s.

Dismas Nkunda, a relative of the Valence Kibyeyi says that “Kibyeyi has been in jail in Rwanda for almost two and a half years.”

While in jail, he says, “he lost his wife.”

“Can he get justice that is due to him like all other human beings?” Nkunda wonders.
