Breaking: Riham Manager cheats death in Ntinda robbery
News coming in is that one of the managers of Riham Uganda is nursing bullet wounds after thugs raided their depot in Ntinda, Kampala.
The incident happened at 8 p.m.
Eyewitnesses say men riding on a motorcycle approached the depot, entered it and ordered Ssereunkuuma, one of the managers, to give them money.
Sserunkuuma reportedly said he did not have the money. This prompted the thugs to shoot at him.
They reportedly left with his phone and other valuable items.
Deputy Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesman Luke Owoyesigyire says two people were left injured.
The other person, he said, was shot at as the thugs fled to an unknown location.
