Bobi Wine confirms that Police have stormed and raided his swanky One Love Beach, today afternoon.
Taking on his official social media pages, the former presidential candidate posted;
“The police and military have raided our premises at One Love Beach-Busabala, broken the gates and entered by force,” he posted on X on Wednesday morning, December 18.
“Our CCTV cameras have been cut off and our employees are being rounded up. We’re informed that they are tear-gassing the kitchen where some employees had to run for safety,” he added.
Police is yet to issue any official statement in that regard by the time of publishment of this article. We shall keep you posted.
This is not the first time security operatives have raided a recreational facility managed by Bobi’s sweetheart, Barbie Kyagulanyi.
In 2018 and the following years, the beach was raided several times in a bid to block some shows and events organized there.
