Mbarara City Vs PBA – Kakyeeka 4.30pm
Vipers Vs Express – Kitende 4pm Live on Sanyuka TV

Rivalry between Vipers and Express will be renewed at St. Mary’s stadium, Kitende in arguably the biggest game of the game.

The two sides drew the reverse fixture 1-1 at Wankulukuku in a game that nearly ended in chaos.

Referees were banned after allowing Tito Okello goal from offside position to stand and the cold war is already brewing ahead of today’s encounter.

The hosts, second on the log with 42 points could go joint top with KCCA if they win against a side they hammered 5-0 in the corresponding fixture last season.

Former Express FC players Taddeo Lwanga, Yayo Lutimba and Daniel Sserunkuma could all feature for the Venoms while Tony Odur, the top scorer in this fixture will likely lead the line for the Red Eagles.

Vipers SC Team News:

The Venoms have to do without defensive kingpins in Geofrey Wasswa and Livingstone Mulondo who remain sidelined due to injuries and their return dates are still unknown.

However Bashir Asiku may take part if selected following his return back to full training after missing the previous five games.

Moses Waiswa could return to the starting lineup having missed three league ties against Tooro United, Bright Stars and Onduparaka plus a Uganda cup match with Kiboga Young at the round of 16.

Bashir Sekagya remains a long time absentee but Abraham Ndugwa, Duncan Sseninde, and Hamis Kiiza might be drawn into the starting team against Express.

Express FC Team News:
The Red Eagles will be without Disan Galiwango who accumulated yellow cards.
Zaga will not be able to play due to being on loan from Vipers.
Eric Kambale not available due to a hamstring injury and expected in full training on Monday.
Arthur Kiggundu will need a late fitness test after sustaining an injury in the last game against Ndejje University
Charles Musoke was also injured against Ndejje and won’t be available.

In other fixture, Mbarara City FC host bottom placed Paidha Black Angels at Kakyeeka Stadium in Mbarara, seeking to put a halt to a three match run without victory.
