Segirinya who promised to be supporting the orphans with schools fees and other scholastic materials shamelessly filled the small head master’s office with ‘carbon mugere’ emanating from his smelly feet before reaching out into his pockets and parting with only 20,000 Uganda shillings for the kids
The short pin legislator had earlier bragged about paying all of the children’s school fees but snoops were surprised when Segirinya came to the head master’s office and removed his shoes only fill the small room with bad feet odour before shamelessly giving the three kids 20,000 as fulfillment of his pledge
