Over the weekend, Nile Special, rewarded Uganda Cranes supporters Anatoli Kirigwajjo, Jonathan Ringa, Makubuya Charles, Nantege Pamela Sengendo and local comedian Bareija Collins Emeka with fully expense paid tickets to go watch the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations which is kicking off on Friday the 21st of June in Egypt
It was a hide and seek game that took place at Shoprite, Acacia Mall last Saturday afternoon the 15th of June.
The Tickets were hidden inside the supermarket and the hide and seek champions were the ones who found them. There were 12 participants and each was given only three minutes to look for the ticket. The entry to the game was a valid passport
It was a hilarious moment as the participants moved around Shoprite on the hunt for the tickets against time and at the end of it all, only five managed to find the tickets. As we talk now they are already in Egypt ready for action
“So today, I walked into Acacia Mall just to have ice and I bumped into my brother Mose Namba Emu who told me about winning a ticket to watch Uganda Cranes in Egypt. I took my chance and won. So Egypt, here I come. Thanks for the blessing bro”. Comedian Bareija Collins Emeka who was one of the winners tweeted
Meanwhile, our very own Uganda Cranes national team is ready to compete. They recently released the 23 man squad which will representing for The Pearl of Africa at the finals.
