Music Promoter Balam Barugahare is one of President Museveni’s diehard supporters and he has never been afraid to show his great love for the President.

The ‘ssabavulu’ has now taken his love for the President to a higher level by declaring Museveni a pastor who was heavenly sent to preach love.

While appearing for an interview on NTV’s ‘Mwasuze Mutya’ show with Faridah Nakazibwe, the music promoter told Faridah that Museveni preaches wealth poverty eradication and how to live in society daily. “Museveni is a pastor. He is too wise and he cannot stop preaching the gospel of poverty eradication. That is why I am rich.” He said.

He went ahead to say that Bobi Wine is not ready for presidency.
