URA Fc captain Shafik Kagimu officially legalized his marriage on Sunday while at Chuni’s home in Bunamwaya.
Shafik Kagimu aka Kuchi wedded his long time lover Sumaiyah Chuni Nakyeyune.
Sumaiyah Chuni Nakyeyune has always termed herself as “Kuchi Wa Chuni” finally agreed to take Kagimu to her parents officially.
The function was well attended with Kagimu greatly escorted by fellow footballers including his coach at URA Fc Omulangira Sam Ssimbwa.
Sumaiyah Chuni Nakyeyune is a daughter to Chuni, former Sc Villa technical director as well as State-House Fc, Kampala United among others.
Shafik Kagimu born by the late Aisha Nanyonjo and Henry Jjingo is a Kampala University graduate who holds a degree in Procurement and Logistics whereas Sumaiyah Chuni Nakyeyune on the other hand is a MUBS graduate and a biological daughter to Uganda football celebrity Chuni.
Shafik Kagimu is among the five players nominated for the coming FUFA awards footballer of the year, joined URA Fc in 2015 from Big league side Water Fc though previously had played for Kampala Junior Team and Zebra Fc.
